Dr. Mulry Mondélice holds a Ph.D in Law in cotutelle from UP2 and Laval. He teaches international law and diplomacy in the International Studies program in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at the Royal Military College Saint-Jean, Government of Canada as a public servant, and is an adjunct Professor of international law at the Université de Sherbrooke Faculty of Law. Mulry previously taught public international law, international peace, security, and human rights, and diplomacy at York University. His research interests focus on the international mechanism for the promotion and protection of human rights and -their role in building and reinforcing- the rule of law, the role of non-states actors in implementing international human rights and humanitarian standards, the relationships between the European Union and Africa, Caribbean and Pacific States, migration and the cooperation in the field of humanitarian aid with a particular focus on the European Union humanitarian action in the Carribbean-Haiti and Syria.

A member of the CMRSJ CRITIC, Mulry is also an associate researcher and member of the Scientific Committee of the Université Laval Jean Monnet Chair on European integration Fall schools, a member of the CCIL, ILA Canada Branch, Société québécoise de droit international, an Associate researcher and member of the Scientific Committee of the Jean Monnet Chair in European integration Fall schools, Université Laval, a visiting fellow 2018 of the McGill Centre for Human Rights and Legal Pluralism and an associate member of the Centre de recherche sur les droits de l'homme et le droit humanitaire de l'Université Panthéon-Assas-Paris II.
