‘Litigating Climate Change in the Global South’ wins ANZSIL Book Prize

Professor Jacqueline Peel and A/Professor Jolene Lin have been awarded the Australia and New Zealand Society of International Law (ANZSIL) Book Prize 2025 for their publication Litigating Climate Change in the Global South.

The ANZSIL book prize is awarded annually with publications assessed against the following criteria:

  • Significance of the work to the field of public/private international law

  • Originality within the field of public/private international law

  • Rigour of research methods and analysis

  • Quality of writing
