LPGCCA Welcomes A/Professor Jolene Lin as its inaugural Visiting Fellow
This month, the LPGCCA is delighted to welcome A/Professor Jolene Lin as its inaugural Visiting Fellow. A world-leading expert on climate change law, Jolene is Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore and Director of the Asia Pacific Centre for Environmental Law. Her research has been published in leading international journals such as the Journal of Environmental Law, the American Journal of International Law and the European Journal of International Law.
Jolene’s latest book, written with Jacqueline Peel, Litigating Climate Change in the Global South (Oxford University Press, 2024) is the first systematic study of the “who, what, where and how” of the growing phenomenon of climate litigation across the regions of Latin America, Africa and Asia. The book offers new and exciting insights into the unique approaches and characteristics of Global South climate litigation. Read more about Jolene.
