In April, Environmental Justice Australia submitted a human rights complaint to the United Nations Special Rapporteur on Climate Change on behalf of nine young people from across Australia collectively called ‘Generation Justice’. This international procedure is one among several legal avenues for raising concerns about the human rights impacts of a changed climate in Australia.
